Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of purchase date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@pressedbyu.com and include your order number. Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color discrepancies. As stated in our item descriptions, actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in display settings, device lighting, and monitor calibration. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@pressedbyu.com and get approval prior to returning your item(s). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 336 E. New York Ave. #517 Deland, FL. 32724

If your return is accepted and is due to our error or the return is due to damaged items, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and we will not pay for a return label if the item(s) are being returned for any other reason except an error on our end or damaged goods (caused by us, not the delivery service). 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, underwear, and headwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

The time it takes for a refund to be processed depends on the payment method that was used. Credit and debit card refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear on the cardholder’s statement.

Refunds are processed immediately, and the funds should appear in the buyer’s account within 1-2 business days. Third-party gateway refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in the buyer’s account, depending on the gateway.

Customization Center Policy

We are proud to offer a Customization Center that allows customers to personalize select color elements of our products. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and satisfaction throughout the customization process.

1. Customer Responsibility for HEX Codes

All custom color requests must include valid HEX codes (e.g., #E09862). A HEX code is a six-digit alphanumeric code that represents a specific digital color.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the HEX codes submitted. If you’re trying to match your item with other apparel, shoes, or accessories, we recommend checking directly with the brand or product provider to see if they offer official HEX color codes.

2. Color Representation Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear differently on screen than in real life due to variations in lighting, screen brightness, and display settings.

We do not guarantee exact color matching based on how colors appear on your screen. Minor visual discrepancies are not considered defects. You are customizing at your own discretion and with full awareness of this limitation.

3. Refunds and Revisions

Refunds are only issued if we fail to use the exact HEX code(s) you provided.

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results caused by incorrect HEX codes, expectation mismatches, or screen-based color assumptions.

After your custom request is received, you will be sent a digital mockup within 24–48 hours to you via the email you provide.

You are allowed one revision only. If you are still not satisfied after the revision, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund-no questions asked.

4. Design Area Restrictions

Only the pre-colored areas of each design may be changed. You may not request color changes in areas that are not already colored. For example:

If an item features green, yellow, and orange, those three colors may be swapped for new ones, but only in their original placement.

If a design includes blue and white, and only the blue areas are editable, the white must remain unchanged.

Chest Design Customization:

For Modern Day Disciples: Chest design may be changed to one color only.

For Free The Guyz/Gurlz: Chest design may include up to three colors-one for the brick, one for the letters, and one for the outline. Please specify each in your customization request.

5. How to Submit Your Customization

In the text box provided at checkout or on the product page, please include:

The exact HEX code(s) you want used

detailed description of which original colors to replace

Chest Design:

6. Use of Your Custom Data

All customization details, including HEX codes and written instructions, are used only to fulfill your order. This information is handled in accordance with our broader Privacy Policy and is not shared or used for any other purpose.

By using the Customization Center, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy as part of our overall Terms and Conditions.
